Instructions:
Application for crème shades:
- Apply a thin layer of Pro Base, then dip into your selected Sheer Glow Underlay.
- Apply another layer of Pro Base and dip into dip powder color of choice.

- To ensure maximum sparkle, apply Pro Base to the nail and dip into your chosen glow overlay shade. This will be your 1st layer of dip powder.
