Next apply a good cuticle remover. Sally Hanson’s Instant Cuticle Remover works fast and can dissolve tough dry cuticles in as little as 15 seconds!

After applying gently push cuticles back with a wooden or plastic cuticle stick. You can pick up cuticle sticks up at just about any Drugstore/Grocery store and they are very inexpensive. If you would like you can then use a 3-sided buffer to buff your nails.
